Last week the blogosphere was buzzing over the look Kelis sported to an awards event. A pink latex body suit, Alexander McQueen "lobster" shoe and Avatar inspired hair...smh. I too was even a bit disappointed cause I've always LOVED her style. You know what, we can't always be "ON". I'm sure there was a time or two when you had some foolishness you called an outfit, but it looked like hot sh*t.
Let's not forget, she was a bad chick in her day sporting looks before we even thought to give it a second thought: harem pants, high-waisted pants, colorful makeup, funky designed nails, shaved side/designs in her hair...We all loved it. I say we give Kelis a pass for now and hopefully she'll get her style "A" game back
