Honestly, I think this dress looks like a garbage bag. Rihanna has such a great figure, but it's all bunchy and doesn't show it off enough... definitely hard to go wrong with those shoes though.

Rihanna is a bad chick. The material is what's a bit thrown off. It's actually leather. It still doesn't take away from the fact it looks like a garbage bag.
