Celebrity Makeup Artist Jackie Gomez is the mastermind behind Beyonce, Solange and Victoria's Secret model Marisa Miller's makeup. Celebrity Hairstylist Cesar Ramirez is the mastermind behind the many hairstyles that you've seen in editiorials, ad campaigns and red carpets. Most notably he's hooked up Model/R&B singer Cassie with her shaved side and blonde highlights. I had the opportunity to chat with Cesar to find out what was the inspiration behind Cassie's dramatic look and how you too can have faboulous hair.
