Over the years, I've had numerous hairstyles.  Everything from a curly afro, blonde cropped cut and a lace front wig.  When I became tired of all of those options, I went for a relaxed, pixie cut with blonde highlights (my current look).  I realized short cuts suit me best, however, I like to admire other types of hairstyles on women.  When I'm feeling a bit feisty, I might go back to wearing long hair.  Here are a few hairstyles that I find adorable and could be of inspiration to you.

 I love when I see women with long hair that looks radiant and flowy.  When I saw photos of Ciara  at the Malibu Maliboom Station Invasion Tour in New Jersey with goregeous hair, I had to get the 411.  If you're looking to try a new hairstyle or need an upgrade to your current one, these easy steps are just for you.  Celebrity Hairstylist Cesar Ramirez (you can read a previous interview I did with him here) gives the low-down on  how to get Ciara's look:

Step 1- Wash your hair with Carol's Daughter Monoi Repairing Shampoo and Monoi Mask.  It's perfect for an after color treatment.

Step 2- Next smooth out your hair with Redken Satinwear 02 Ultimate Blow Dry Lotion and a round brush such as ghd's Natural Bristle Radial Brush to create volume.

Step 3- Once the hair is dry and voluminous, add texture using a flat iron that curls as easily as it straightens like ghd's Gold Professional 1" flat iron combined with Redken Hot Sets 22 Thermal Setting Mist to protect the hair from heat.  Make sure to leave the ends of each strand straight but with a slight bend. Try wearing a middle part for a retro feel, it opens up your face while framing your features.

Step 4- Finish by applying Redken Tousle Whip 04 to add definition and accomplish an effortless look

Kelis is known for rocking non-trendylooks.  She just does what she wants.  Just as much as she changes her style, she changes her hair too.  She was rocking the red hair for awhile, now she's back to blonde.  She was spotted with the new hair while partying in Ibiza, Spain.

Looks like #TeamBlonde is still in full effect.  Erykah Badu is the latest celeb to get her hands on the bleach bottle.  Guess they do have more fun.

Seems this is the season to be blonde.... Mya  was spotted out in Miami with the new shade.  She hasn't been seen in awhile and I wonder when she's dropping another album or a single.  Guess we have to wait and see.  In the meantime, do you like her hair?

Keri Hilson was at the BET Awards yesterday and rocked a new blonde 'do.  I think this color really compliments her skin tone and fits her style.

Solange Knowles hit up TAO Beach in Vegas doing a DJ set.  She's sported a new look too.  She previously rock a cropped cut that look fab on her.  Now, she's working the curly fro.  The colorful tribal print dress makes her look come together.  I think natural looking hairstyles and cropped cuts fit her style best.  Are you feeling her look?
