Katy Perry was spotted recently at the Costume Institute Gala wearing Tommy Hilfiger. I absolutely love this look for her. She's known for her outrageous costumes, but she stepped it up. She looks very ladylike, but she still added her usual playfulness. Her hair and minimal make-up pull the look together.
