If you're not familiar with Jay Electronica, then you're missing out on a breath of fresh air. This MC/producer is known for his unconventional musical arrangements. He's used film soundtracks as the background for his tracks. He's worked with Erykah Badu, producer Just Blaze and Nas.This track "Exhibit C" has an old school hip-hop nod your head type of vibe that hasn't been heard in awhile. Coming from a straight up 90s hip-hop head like myself, I instantly fell in love with it :).

Black Star is back!
Mos Def and Talib Kweli come together again for this dope track "History." I haven't seen these two collaborate in awhile and was wondering when they would come together again. The music and video mesh well together. It has such an old school vibe. They have their fan base in their own right, but I still feel like they're such underrated artists.
