Kelis was spotted at ELLE magazine's inaugural event celebrating "Women In Music" last night in New York City. Sources say she performed material from her latest album Flesh Tone including her second single "4th of July (Fireworks)". Kelis is also down with #teamredhead. She's rocking curly red locks. How could we not miss the cut-out polka-dot Versace boots to match her polka-dot and floral dress.
