MenStyle Monday: The Most Stylish Moments

Jan05

Hello Fashionistaz!  Happy New Year!  I hope everyone brought it in safe and well.  Today it's back to business.  On today's MenStyle Monday the focus will be on celebs whose choices in fashion made us talk in 2008. Let's proceed:

Who could forget this getup.  With the release of his album 808's & Heartbreak, Kanye had a new sound (autotune driven songs) and a new look to boot.  Can we say Pee Wee's Playhouse.

Ne-Yo gets grown and very sexy.  His album Year of the Gentleman brought out more sensual hits and his wardbrobe was just as smooth.  Loves it!

2008 was cutie Chris Brown's year. A great album, Exclusive, with record sales through the roof and allegedly (LOL) dating Rihanna.  He finally came into his own with his style.  It was pretty evident during this performance at the Today show in NYC that Michael Jackson has a big influence on his choreography and style.

German teddybear maker Steiff teamed up with Karl Lagerfeld to develop a teddy with his likeness.  It retailed for $1500.  Seriously, someone needed to insert a decimal in between the 5 and 0.

Lastly, Auto-tune extroadinaire T-Pain transforms from jeans and tims to circus ring leader.  This may not be stylish is the mainstream sense, but I give him props for the reinvention.  Only HE could pull off this look.

Now that we have recaped what these celebs have done with their style, I cannot wait to see what they have in store for 2009.
