Ever since I discovered Asos about two years ago, it has been one of my go to websites for accessories, bags and clothes. Now it has a boutique brand called Rare. Its a collection of pretty party dresses, miniskirts and tops; with sequin embellishment, ruffles and floral prints adding a signature feminine touch that makes a statement.

Lil Kim wasn't the only one showing what she's working with. She rocked this blue toned Herve Leger dress while celebrating her 34th birthday in Hollywood. Carmen Electra and Stephanie Pratt were also spotted rocking the same dress. This dress has seem to become a staple in Hollywood.

This is the best time to get good deals on items for spring. I'll admit I am a budget shopping queen. I love to run threw the clearance racks. I've found some of the cutest items in them. There was one store that I recently went to (that shall remain nameless) and its clearance racks had cuter stuff than their new arrivals. Damn shame.

Luxe dress brand Herve Leger gets graphic with its Resort 2010 collection. In the past, you've seen these body hugging numbers in an array of colors. This black and white color scheme is very sexy, yet classy. Not to mention the various cuts of the dresses and a pair of boy shorts added in the mix for good measure. Hmmm...are you ready to get graphic in 2010?
