I haven't owned a pair of mary janes since grade school. I had searched to find a great pair, but always fell short. I happen to come across these the other day while I was catching up on my weekly magazine reading. These mary janes are perfect for the girly girl or the maverick. What I love most about it are the variety of colors of the snakeskin. I would pair it with a little black dress for a night out on the town or go wild and pair with a printed top and bold accessories.

Have you ever had a friend that just did her own thing when it came to fashion? I've known several people. They've inspired me to take more risks with my outfit choices as well as pieces that I buy. Fall is the best season to incorporate several different trends in to many looks. The LWD (little white dress) is outta here, the LBD (little black dress) is on stand-by and the LBD (little blue dress) has entered the scene. I haven't been more excited about a pair of sunglasses since the discovery of these. Prada has created a pair of sunglasses that doubles as a piece of artwork. The sculpt temples and frames are so attention getting to these distinctive round sunglasses. With color blocking still being a hot trend, the D-frame shades adds just the right element of a pop of color with classic black and white.

As much as I'd like to convince myself I'm going to take a shopping break (who am I kidding), I always come across an item(s) that just draws me in (as seen here and here).
