In 2009, Rihanna became more daring.  Her wardrobe became more creatively put together.  While the change made some of her fans *insert confused face* and even throw shade, she seemed more comfortable with her look and definitely not fazed by it.  The majority of her looks come from styles seen on various fashion runways.  Whether she's making red carpet appearances or out and about, she's on on her style "A" game.  Can you think of a time that you've seen Rihanna rocking the same shoes, accessories, handbag or outfit?  Now she's the self-proclaimed hottest bitch in heels.
