Rihanna and Maroon 5 teamed up to release "If I Never See Your Face Again" — originally the lead track on M5's 2007 album, It Won't Be Soon Before Long — which will appear on reissues of both artists' albums. This re-issuance will also include a new video. Rihanna goes on to say about working with Maroon 5:
This is the only collaboration on my re-release, because I always wanted to work with Maroon 5. When they called me to do this, I was so honored."
Rihanna's re-release will be June 17. At press time, there is no scheduled date for Maroon 5's re-release. These are two of my favorite artists. This should be a great effort with these two talented artists.
