 The fashion world morns the tragic loss of fashion designer Alexander McQueen.  According to the NY Daily News , the 40-year old British designer was found dead Thursday inside his London after reportedly committing suicide. His death comes just days before the start of London Fashion Week and weeks before he was due to unveil his new collection at Paris Fashion Week on March 9. 

McQueen’s death was confirmed this afternoon from a source at his office. 

His designs and style were so unique.  Such a great talent that will be truly missed.   R.I.P.

This is the best time to get good deals on items for spring.  I'll admit I am a budget shopping queen.  I love to run threw the clearance racks.  I've found some of the cutest items in them.  There was one store that I recently went to (that shall remain nameless) and its clearance racks had cuter stuff than their new arrivals.  Damn shame.
