Fifteen Canadian designers created couture style gowns out of 100% cashmere bathroom tissue. This collection is called The White Cashmere Collection 2010: Fashion With Compassion. These designs and event are to support a future without breast cancer. Check out the video below showcasing the event. Truly amazing.
I'm so excited about this fall season! There are so many hot styles to choose from. The other day I looked in my closet (trust me this was a project) and realized I didn't need to do any heavy shopping, but a few additions wouldn't hurt. I've always loved the burgundy and red makeup during the fall. Deborah Lippmann has the adorable "Ruby Red Slipper" shimmer polish which I'm wearing as I'm typing this. I love the light and airy scent of Thierry Mugler's "Womanity" perfume.
Here is a list of my favorites for fall I'm sure you'll love too.
Forget the glass slipper affect. These shoes spotted during this past New York Fashion Week 2011 would make you wanna skip a few bill payments to get these in your closet. There were so many beautiful styles from designers Rodarte, Ruthie Davis, Betsey Johnson and L.A.M.B. just to name a few.
Check out the ultimate ShoeGasm gallery after the jump.
Rihanna looked all the Rainbow Bright on the set of her new video "What's My Name" in Brooklyn, New York. I haven't heard the song, but I'm interested to see what this video will look like.
This is the Spring 2011 collection from Pamela Love. This collection is completely different from her previous work. If you've never seen her animal inspired jewels, you can see it here. The rings are definitely something worth adding to your to shopping list.
I don't think I ever remember a kid at any Fashion Week let alone sitting front row. This isn't just any kid though. This is Will and Jada Pinkett-Smith's kid. Willow and Jada sat front row at Emporio Armani at Milan Fashion Week. Willow seems to really be making a name for herself in fashion and music.
Lenny Kravitz was out in New York rocking leather pants and wedge knee-high boots. I wanna know when was he in NYC wearing this cause it's been pretty hot lately. He had to be sweating his azz off...lol. This kinda reminds me when a certain Rapper wore a skirt earlier this year. Is this just the case of men's wear being inspired by women's wear or are these men just dressing in women's clothing?
Boot season is upon us. Actually, I was wearing mine last week, but on the first day of fall it being 80 degrees, I had to dig back in my closet for my sandals. Well it seems buckle boots are the hottest trend for fall. I happened to come across a pair for the guys by MARC by Marc Jacobs for $395. This is a boot and sneaker in one. For the ladies, this sexy stilettos style will not break your bank. At $55, you'll still have money left over to get a matching clutch at Arden B too.
