I love when I come across a hidden gem.  I'm always in search of ways to find new accessories preferably bags.  So I was too happy when I came across the site Bags Bonanza.  This is a bag-nistas paradise!  There were so many styles, colors and brands  too choose from.  As soon as you get to the homepage, it's clearly laid out with choosing a brand, style and price for a bag.  I'm obsessed with Michael Kors bags and loved that I founds styles I've never seen before.  Also, its partner site Bonanza.com is a huge marketplace for fashion and accessories.  You can buy or sell merchandise, negotiate in real time, browse through hand-picked items, or visit a virtual garage sale (they call them "Bonanzas").  Its the best ebay alternative.  I felt like a kid in a candy store searching for vintage accessories.

The Fourth of July weekend is soon approaching.  I'm not going away this year, but I will making my rounds at various BBQs (aka crashing lolll) and attending a few parties.  If you were able to book a vacation at one of these exotic locations, or having a staycation,  here are a few essentials that you'll need to look effortlessly beautiful. 

Last year, I had the opportunity to get some much needed R&R and took my first trip to Miami.  I absolutely loved it and was so tempted not to come back home.  Just fun in the sun for 4 days everyday- I was too spoiled.  I went to this amazing Cuban restaurant, had dinner at 1am at an outdoor cafe and spent as much time near the beach as possible.  These were my two favorite looks while I was down there.  The above I was on my way out to dinner and the below was just at Hollywood beach.

 Last night I tuned into the BET Awards and it was really good.  Not to mention all the foolishness going on on my Twitter timeline had me in tears.  As far as the men's top fashions of the night, they went with: leather jackets, vests, and white suits.

I've never owned a pair of blue shoes/sandals of any kind.  By the looks of these shoes Kim Kardashian was rocking while in NYC, I may have to re-think that notion.  It just makes her neon yellow baby doll style dress pop.  Here are a few blue plaform sandal styles that would look fly with your wardrobe.

 I love when I come across accessories that are budget friendly.  A simple tank, skinny jeans, stilettos can instantly look sexy with the the perfect earrings or necklace- depending upon which piece you want to stand out.  Kim Kardashian looked out for the fashionistaz on a budget with her collection Belle Noel.  It includes earrings, bracelets, rings, necklaces and hair pieces. 

Michelle Obama is just like us!  Well kinda.  During a recent trip visiting the Emthonjeni Community Center in Zandspruit Township on Tuesday, she was spotted in a printed ASOS Africa sleeveless shirt (you can get here).  I love how she goes back and forth between designer and budget priced pieces.  This was the Obama's official trip to South Africa.

ASOS Leather Colour Block Satchel (also comes in turquoise)

I had purchased a satchel, but had rarely used it even though I love the color.  I found a more creative way to pair it when I wore this outfit.  With this summer being about all the brights, its great to see color blocking has hit handbags.  I'd go casual rocking it  with this tee and cut off shorts.  These colors would look pretty fly into fall as well.

I'm still very much a fan of the nautical trend.  I brought this dress about two years ago and its still a summertime staple.  I wanted to play up the coral design in the dress so I paired it with the coral stachel and kept the shoes neutral.  Have you ever had a pair of wedges, platforms or pumps that were so comfortable you could wear them all day and damn near do cartwheels with them on?  These wedges were the best investment ever.

T.G.I.F.!  This has been a rough week and I'm looking forward to going to a BBQ, relaxing and just catching up with friends I rarely see since I've been ridiculously busy.  Usually when I hit the town, my go to look is a dress or a skirt and top.  I've hardly worn shorts to an evening event.  It can be dressed up or down (depending on the event) .  Here are 3 ways to look fly and show a little skin without overdoing it.
